"I had called a week ago to have a Service check on our AC unit. They asked me what type of house it was. I told them it was a manufactured home. The lady said she would have to see if they could service our home because they don’t do mobile homes. I explained it’s not a mobile home. It’s a manufactured home. A couple days later she called me and said they had me on the schedule for this week. Now the day before they’re supposed to come, mind you this is a week after my initial call for service, she’s saying they can’t service our home that it’s a mobile home! This is not a mobile home it’s almost 2000 square-foot, manufactured home! Has the same type of AC unit as any house would have! Now they wasted a week of my time when I could’ve got somebody more competent to come and take a look at our unit and by the way, in this area close to 50% of the homes are manufactured homes!"

"I gave them a call when I noticed my A/C was running almost all day with little effect on the indoor temp. I gave them a call first thing in the morning and due to a cancellation, we had a technician at the house that same evening. He confirmed my suspicion and was able to apply a repair and recharge the unit all in the same visit.
