We also offer classes such as Invert Techniques, Mixed Level Pole, Sensual Pole Choreography, Stiletto Pole Choreography, and Twerk. Women tend to be so catty, but here there is nothing but support and encouragement from staff and students alike. There is plenty of help from instructors, and they are very attentive to any needs or concerns you have.
