"Have always found this location very helpful and calls to remind me of scripts that I leave sitting there to be picked up. I have never had an issue with anything being filled on time in regards to standard medicines. You will encounter the occasional have to order for tomorrow pick up but that does not seem to be routine. The staff has always been friendly from either flu shots, drive thru pick up, in-store or on the phone. Only once have I encountered rude help over the phone and I do believe that individual is no longer staffed there. Service and turnaround seems quicker here than other local pharmacies that may be overwhelmed."
"I am switching my prescriptions to another pharmacy. When asked how long to fill a prescription, your answer is policy allows you up to two hours to fill prescriptions. I didn’t ask about your policy. Terrible customer service! Failure to follow up, explains why no body is ever there."
