"You get what you pay for. Tires were great and were installed properly and in a timely manner. The problem came when when the free warranty needed to be utilized. Since my tires were not rotated there( they were rotated where I get oil changed) it was made to sound by the manager like they were never rotated. Said 75 percent of tread life was gone after just over 20,000 miles. Also made a big deal because the tire was brought in without the car because it was flat and this car does not have a spare tire. Implied I was trying to scam the place somehow. I'm not really sure how and also not really sure how people with cars that have no spare are supposed to get the whole car to the place. Long story short I received a minimal discount on a new tire. Also they lost the center cap on my rim, said it was never there. So I had to buy that on my own. Went to pick up the tire after it was done and all the employees were really rude. The feeling I got, overall, was they will come up with any excuse not to honor their free warranty. So like I said you get what you pay for."

"I went here a few days ago because my tire was messed up. They replaced it but also told me that my 3 other tires needed to be replaced and my front left tire was cupping and needed a full wheel alignment. I took it somewhere else, and they told me I did not need an alignment and I did not need to replace the tires as the tread was at a 7.That there was nothing wrong with my tires! Please do not come here, they lie."
"If you buy tires from Costco then DO NOT buy online - terrible experience! They shipped 3 of my tires and I had to come back to have #4 installed. LOTS of finger-pointing between the store and the website and so much wasted time."
