"It's amazing that no matter how early in the day my prescriptions are sent in they are always out of stock and I have to wait multiple days. This is insane. Why am I taking medications if I have to stop and start every month because they are never EVER FILLED ON TIME."
"2 stars because the staff has always been nice to me. I have been coming here for over 12 years and in that time period all my prescriptions have been correct and ready at the same time. i can't order until I'm almost out of my current pills they claim it is because of state laws which usually I end up missing pills. I never heard of this but it doesn’t surprise me with the way the state of Illinois works and treats our paying pharmaceutical residents. Get a organized system over their or give up this part of you organization before someone gets sick or dies over unorganization."
"IF I HAD to choose between the behavior of devils in deepest Hell, and the employees at this pharmacy - above all, the stupendously arrogant pharmacists - I would choose an eternity in the lake of fire (where there is wailing and gnashing of teeth - surrounded by a host of devils in a moment. Perhaps the worst pharmacy in the Chicago area - and that's saying a lot!"
"The line it takes to pick up your prescription is crazy. Took over 45 minutes just to pick up a prescription they need to hire more people or do something because this is unacceptable and I have to find a new pharmacy."
"I just had to share how much Jennifer at the Plainfield Meijer Pharmacy went over and beyond for me today! Not only did she figure out why my monthly prescription price kept raising to a ridiculous amount but she found a way to make it substantially cheaper for me! She even called me at my home when she figured it all out! I have always been pleased with their service but today was truly amazing! Thank you Jennifer for your great customer service!!"
