"Jewel-Osco Pharmacy is not "in network" for my insurance, so I have never used them for my prescriptions. "The people are great, but their new computer system is awful. What used to take a few minutes now takes 15+ minutes. Yet we keep going because insurance dropped their competition, we don't have much of a choice anymore. I also miss it being 24 hours."
