"After calls to Walgreens & Basingers trying to get nebulizer machine parts & being told I need a prescription at 1 pharmacy & not being understood & not understanding what the man was saying at the other...I remembered J.D. Brown! So I called 2 minutes to closing time & they knew exactly what I needed. But the problem was they closed in 2 minutes, or so I thought it was a problem lol. Needless to say the lady said they'd wait for me & they did!"

"I destroyed my knee in a bike wreck back in August. I sent my wife to grab a wheelchair and a bed because I was totally incapacitated. They insisted on somebody guaranteeing payment. They took my insurance card and never billed the insurance. They took my debit card from my wife and just charged it for the equipment. Totally dishonest as far as I'm concerned."

They arrived at the time specified. This is rare for a company to actually do what they promise. It was great working with you. Thanks"

"Wow. Went to use the post office on 5/4, lady working extremely helpful. Answered questions, friendly, quite knowledgeable on shipping, etc. Then had to go back on 5/5. Different lady "Rita" I believe? Awful! About as helpful as a bag of hammers. "This isn't in the right box! We have tape and it's $5 a roll. (Despite the nice employee who used their own tape previously)" Depends who you get I guess, but based on "Rita" will never return. For the post office or even for life saving medication."
