"The pharmacy keeps losing my meds and I'm being patient as a new autoimmune patient, but it's completely irresponsible and unprofessional. Today I waited in the drive up for my medicine for 25 mins, just for them to close for lunch when I got to the window. I am completely shocked at how quickly this place has turned to trash, and I keep hearing it from everyone in town who has chosen them as their pharmacy. Poor Osco and Mercy are inundated with people transferring their scripts. Get it together, Walgreens. Thought you were supposed to be the best."

"The second coming of christ moves faster than the drive through line. Incompetence must be a required at hiring time. By far the slowest and most unorganized place in town"

"Do not trust this store with your health care. Yesterday I was in the emergency room, and prescriptions were called in. One of which still has not been filled. I gave officially been without pain medications for 24hrs. When I called the hospital they were appalled. And THEY even said there was no excuse for not taking care of this prescription immediately....not a full day later!!"

"Using this location as my main pharmacy for a few years they have been only inconsistent and slow the whole time I will receive updates on my prescriptions that are false saying they are ready when they are not refills expect them to take more than 24 hours and if you just visited a doctor or whoever your prescription will not be ready the same day dislocation of slow unreliable and generally just bad. Pharmacist at this location is incredibly slow and will usually never have your prescriptions ready so expect a delay even one time I had a three day delay on a prescription that was for blood pressure so that was great"

"Absolute worst pharmacy ever. I RARELY have good experiences here and I seem to always have issues with getting my prescriptions. 1. Months ago, my doc accidentally sent through a 90 day supply of one of my meds instead of three for 3 months. Picked up my prescription and realized when I went to take it that it was only for 30 days. Went back and spoke to a lady who told me to just come back in when I was out of those and they would give me the rest. So, I did. Someone else was there and they told me that they couldn’t do that and they didn’t know why I was told that. 2. More recently, I had 1 refill left on one of my prescriptions so I refilled it in the app. I got a notification that it had been delayed. I called, and a lady told me that it would be ready in a few hours. I wasn’t able to stop by until the next evening and was told that it wasn’t ready and that they could not fill it because I didn’t have any refills left (which I knew that I did, because I wasn’t going to be seeing my doctor for another month, I see him every 3 months & therefore have 3 refills to use during that time). Why was I told that it would be ready in the first place if there was any issue? 3. My dosage on one of my prescriptions was upped by 10 mg. When I went to pick it up I was told that I would need to talk to the pharmacist since it was a new dosage, but she was giving a COVID vaccine at the moment so I needed to wait. 10 minutes had passed and cars were piling up behind me so I had to go around and wait in the other lane. I waited again, for another 20 minutes while they took care of other customers. I left. Came back later that night and all the pharmacist did was ask me if I knew that the dosage went up and if I had any questions.. 4. Now, I refilled one of my prescriptions in the app since I had a refill available. Days have passed, it says estimated pickup time was yesterday at 11 am. It’s the next day, and it’s still not ready. I recommend using another pharmacy in town."
