I was first impressed because he didn’t price gouge me for a relatively quick fix. I’ve been there before. He was also very tenacious as he worked in small space, but made sure the problem was fixed. So I called him back to assemble and mount a queen size Murphy bed PLUS two attached book shelves, assemble another hanging cabinet and mount in my laundry room, hang a mirror, hang lights, etc. He and his team member were professional and gracious.
