"I went to Freddy's today. The food is good but the atmosphere is horrible!! The cashier was friendly but the manager had a sour look on her face the WHOLE time I was there. I thanked her when she gave me my shakes and she did not say a word! The young lady at the drive through was gossipy and unfriendly. I definitely would not pay money to go to this particular Freddy's!"

"Food was great! We had a large order and it was ready quickly. The staff barely spoke, rolled their eyes at customers, and stood around playing on their phones while the dining room was dirty. Fries were spilled on the pick up counter the whole hour we were there. They just put the next tray on the fries and never cleaned it. Cashier had friends there visiting the whole time. Where was a manager?"

"I ordered a single steak burger with grilled onions and pickles. I got a double steak burger with pickles only. It was still delicious but not what I ordered. The floors were slick with grease, the tables had not been washed off, and the bathroom was the worst. It was really in need of some deep cleaning. I had to figure out how to get a new roll of toilet paper. There were paper towels but the garbage was overflowing until the floor. I felt like I was dirtier coming out then going in. The restaurant was not busy so I don't know why no one was cleaning in there."

"GrEAT! They really got this right! The burger was cooked with the edge that has that crisp to it. The bun was not soggy. The topping were placed correctly. The bacon was over-cooked but it maybe on purpose as it was a nice add to the crunch of the burger. We also got shakes and were good. I would suggest adding an even larger size to shakes. I wanted the biggest one and it was 16 Oz. I want an option to go crazy."
