Xcellence Pilates is a premier gym and health institution located at 1397 George Dieter Drive in El Paso, Texas. Our mission is to evenly develop the body, correct poor posture, restore physical vitality, invigorate the mind, and uplift the spirit. Our Allegro reformer 2 machine offers a challenging yet effective way to tone and strengthen all muscles.
In addition to Pilates, we also offer TRX suspension training, which focuses on strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability using your own body weight. Our instructors are dedicated to creating a personalized class structure to meet your unique needs and help you achieve your fitness goals.
At Xcellence Pilates, we believe in fostering a community of individuals striving for a balanced mind and body, as well as a more inclusive world. We offer Pilates Reformer, ABS Pilates, TRX classes, and specialized courses for teaching Pilates, as well as post-injury or post-accident rehabilitation.
Whether you are looking to improve mobility, core strength, or concentration, Xcellence Pilates is the perfect choice for you. Join us for a class and experience the benefits of our holistic approach to health and wellness. Our operating hours are Monday to Friday from 7 am to 1 pm, Monday to Thursday from 5 pm to 8 pm, and Saturdays from 8 am to 11 am.
