"Horrible experience. Barely have photos/videos for many of places available. I called and talked to someone last week to schedule times and figure out what’s available we set out a list of places for me to see and view the place in person. Fast forward to today, the day I’m supposed to see the two places, the guy I talked to Mel, doesn’t even tell me that they closed the application for one of the places (until I called looking for him) and so I call to confirm the address and time, the receptionist who either had to be incompetent or this guy I’m working with (Mel) is, but she tells me that our time is at 4:30 and when I get there on time at 4:30, Mel is no where to be found. I call the office and they connect me to him and he tells me the appointment was at 4:00 pm and he stayed for 15 mins and left. Like that doesn’t make sense, why wouldn’t you even at least try to provide a courtesy call unless he just blatantly forgot. Horrible experience with them and when you try to talk with them on the phone about it they are unapologetic! I DONT recommend. Please don’t waste your time or allow them to waste yours."

"My husband and I lived at the Main St property for two and a half years and despite it being a vintage building with it’s own set of minor problems, our stay there was nothing but the best for us and our situation. Mary was always prompt when it came to responding to our emails or facilitating us in our times of need, and Esad was always a joy to have around for maintenance work. We loved our apartment and it’s natural light tons, and I’ll miss it. Thanks for always being so kind and helpful, Mary. We wish you nothing but the best!"

"I’ve lived in the 1310 building for 3 years now and overall have had a pleasant experience. Compared to any other apartment building there’s nothing to complain about especially when considering the age of the buildings. Prices are very affordable for this area. Maintenance has always been timely and prompt. Reception has always been friendly and courteous. Marry is one of the nicest apartment managers you can ask for. These old brick buildings come with their issues, sure, but other than that it’s an amazing location for walking and a nice neighborhood with incredible food selections. - Wexler"

"I had a very pleasant experience with Evanston Neighborhood Properties. I am renting at 812 Forest Ave and the whole experience was excellent. The realtor Christian was very nice, she showed us several options after understanding our need. She was willing to show us the place several times and waited until we make our decision. After we decided, she made sure that we get our selection. She gave us her personal phone and responds very quickly. The business has an excellent online web site where you can follow your application online. All payments including rent payments are done online which is very convenient. Also the lease documents and other things are stored online which is excellent when you need it. Also if any issues arise the realtor is quick to respond and help. We appreciate everything very much."
