"I've enjoyed living at the LINK and its proximity to campus, as well as the overall location and safety. Office staff and management are helpful and communicative. The amenities are great and units are very comfortable & updated for a modern-feel. The resident appreciation events (like free sushi and pizza) are also great. While no property will be able to accommodate every individual's needs perfectly, I am happy recommending these units to a friend. Graduate student life can be demanding and not without its stressors, so I'm glad that the LINK has been home during this busy season of life. Shout-out to Rachel in the leasing office for always being so helpful! (:"

"I recently inquired about about an apartment for an ASAP move-in and had the pleasure of communicating with Mina. She was super helpful and laid out all the information possible for the Link! Although I went with a different property, the conversation I had with Mina deserves a 5-star review!"

"We considered living here a while ago, and from what we saw, it was fine. However, reading all the negative reviews that aren't addressed by management had us ultimately looking elsewhere. Our tour was with Meena and she was very nice at least. Stars are for the experience we had, no neccessarily the place itself."

"Living here for 2 years, I've seen my share of difficulties with the management. But the current management team is available, responsive, and cares more than any other teams I have had. Rachel, along with the rest of the staff, are more attentive that previous staff and it's refreshing to see them make changes that residents have asked for (ie , no more packages all over the lobby waiting to be stolen)."

"Terrible Experience! Please read the reviews - I had a damage free apartment, fit for anyone to move in. I showed photograph proof that my apartment was in wonderful shape, and the Link had the nerve to send a $400 bill for 'repaint.' No where in the lease does it state that we are responsible for a repaint - we also deposit a non-refundable $400 when we move in. They do not pick up calls, and don't answer emails for months...and they sent a collection agency after me. What a nightmare!"
