You set your appointment time online, so you can wait in the comfort of your own home until it's your spot. Great notifications via text as well. It's a relief to have such great care to go to when our primary vet is closed or full. They followed up the next day, and I had my visit records within hours to give to my vet w/ all the details. "We had such a great experience at UrgentVet. There was no wait and they took us immediately back to a room. The room was very clean and quiet. Our tech, Gil, was so nice, calm and caring with our kitty. The whole process of assessment, diagnostics and treatment was easy and took about an hour and a half total. Dr. Theis was also very kind, thorough and answered all of our questions. It wasn’t as expensive or stressful as a trip to the emergency vet. Our kitty left feeling much better. I would definitely return for any of my pets urgent needs."
