"If I could give this building negative stars, I would. They are thieves, unprofessional, rude and corrupt. This building had fake and expired elevator inspections up, they do not care about any of their residents. I called the village to confirm after a fire because many of the tenants are disabled/in wheelchairs or walkers. The property managers have stolen money from many tenants and threatened eviction to some of the disabled tenants like my client. This buildings elevator was on fire at 2am one morning and no one from management ever showed up to update the tenant at all. They did not show up to let them know why they had to evacuate and no one even got the tenants in wheelchairs out of their places. They did not show up during business hours for 3 weeks after. They have a white manager and a black one and they both steal/play with the tenants rent history. The white man is the owners son and they move him around whenever he messes up to make their tenants think that he’s gone. The black lady is loud, unprofessional and rude. All she does is sit on the phone all day gossiping with her girlfriends. When my client ask her for info, she is always rude and mean. Long story short, don’t move here."
