"Beautiful building, fantastic location. Horrible management. Non-responsive, never on site. When the current management took over they offered incorrect contact information posted to our doors and never introduced any of their team. Calls made to the office go to voicemail. Work orders tend to get responses when they can because their service team is a single person. For months the new website for the property advertised amenities that didn’t exist, like a fitness center or business center. If they managed this site better, I’d have zero issues recommending this place."

"After waiting 2 weeks for door bell to work and be labeled intercom to buzz people in still isn't working. Also hot water isn't very hot and pressure is poor."
