"We recently purchased a new machine from Elite. Our new machine just ran out of toner after a few months, which is normal as we print A LOT of pages. I realized we did not have any toner to refill our machine. I called & Melissa had Alex drop off a toner in less than 30 minutes. That's faster than ordering a pizza. Alex even installed it for us. "Elite Document Solutions has been a breath of fresh air. We recently received 5 Multi function printers at 3 different locations. I had the pleasure of working with Earl (owner of the company) and Eric (service technician). I was worried that it would be overwhelming and that multiple issues would arise, causing me to direct all focus towards this install for the entire day. Elite made the installation process so seamless and quick, I was thrilled and impressed. I was even able to focus my attention on other projects while Earl and Eric went to the other 2 sites to install the machines. They even managed to finish earlier than expected! When little questions or issues arose the following day, Elite sent out a technician to help immediately. I didn't even finish writing the email, and Eric was already on his way!
