"Rent is going higher and higher. Utilities %50 more than last year. Management is not knowledgeable. If you ask something ,they are making it up."

"Went on a lovely tour. We were interested in renting, was told to apply later that day and they never returned our phone calls. We called several times, left voicemails and even spoke to their answering service/secretary. I was supposed to receive an email but never did. I mean, if you guys didn’t want us staying here, why even ask us to apply?"

"Have been here for 1.5 years and this is a great complex. Managers/staff (Lauren-Kim-Kelly) are great. very friendly and helpful. They resolve anything efficiently. Maintenance team is the best I've seen. Would recommend to family and friends. Very clean-well maintained and safe community"

"I will never recommend for anyone to stay over in theses apartments the parking is horrible the car lot has been under construction the entire time we lived over here (2 years) & come to find out the contractors were on strike because they wasn’t paying them. How could that be if they go up on rent every year. If we could get out our lease we would. We have to park on the street and since we’ve had to park on the street our car was hit by on there property and they haven’t did anything about it. DO NOT MOVE OVER HERE"
