"An overall positive experience. We brought in one of the strays from our apartment complex who had an injury and was limping. Very accommodating when I asked about the possibility of getting him neutered while he was sedated to treat his injury. So he got neutered on the spot when other facilities require an appointment weeks in advance! The staff was all very nice (shout out to the front desk lady working on 3.1.24!). Dr. Gallegos was also easy to talk to and answered all of our questions. The only constructive feedback I have is on communication - we had been told that we would get a call for an update and to confirm services, particularly if he would need x-rays. We never did get a call and we ended up calling twice ourselves, but were not informed that x-rays would in fact be required. All in all, we recommend, and we're glad we brought Tom here."

"Not only is this clinic affordable, they are masters in the field. I would absolutely trust my baby's life with them again. My young cat had a blockage in her intestine. "Veterinarians are SO expensive nowadays. My dog was very sick, we took her to a vet and when they told us what was wrong and how much it would cost, we thought we were gonna have to put her down. We didn't have the money to save her, and I wasn't going to let her suffer until she died, and she would have died, no if and / or buts. We were heartbroken. We've had her for 13yrs. She's not just a dog, she like one of my kid's. Best dog I've ever had in my life and I've had tons of dogs. But anyhow, we were devastated, to say the least. So the vet came in and talked to my wife and I and told us about Veterinary Urgent Care. We took our girl there and they saved her life, for a fraction of the cost. These ppl are angels and I can never repay them! From the bottom of my heart, thank y'all! Y'all didn't just save a dog, y'all save one of my kid's and a vital part of our family!!!"

"This place was about 2000 cheaper than another to start off. They were very clear about their pricing, and everyone genuinely cared and explained everything extremely well. My cat had a urinary blockage and they took such good care of him and even let him go home earlier than they expected instead of milking me for money. I am so appreciative of everyone here for such a good experience and bringing my baby boy back. Thank you guys so much."
