"Property manager tony is very rude , she don’t know how to talk with people she should be fired as soon as possible when you complain she threatened you for not giving you apartment. I don’t know how she become manager she don’t deserve for that . I don’t recommend that property and I will complaint her to higher authority"
"I had a very unpleasant experience with Tony. She is the most rude, disrespectful and uneducated person. Not even a Hello, just started yelling without reason putting her phone first than the clients. Managers above her should do something about it. No wonder why most people don’t want to rent the property. She tries to blamed on you when is about roaches when even the hallways have them."
"I have been living here for nearly 5 years. I absolutely love it here! I moved in with my boyfriend, who evolved into my fiance, and now my husband! So many milestones have been accomplished in my life while living here, and it's entirely thanks to Toni always being understanding and helpful. She always makes me feel valued, appreciated, and overall, not just another tenant. I adore her so much!"

"We lived there for little over 2 years, and it has been a great experience. Their property manager (Tony) always made sure to take care all of our needs and concerns if we had any. Very nice and friendly staff and tenants. Safe and quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed our time with Enclave Apartments at Hoffman Estates!"
