"my dog comes here once a month to get his anal glands expressed. he gets very cranky when we walk in the door because he knows what we’re there for, but everyone that works here is soooo kind and sweet and patient with him and i appreciate it very much. i switched over to this vet a while ago as my last vet was charging like $50+ for an anal gland expression which was bonkers, here it’s like $29 which is way more reasonable. also, as someone who hates making phone calls, i love the ability to text to make an appointment :)"

"My overall experience was PHENOMENAL. From the initial phone call, appointment, and aftercare check-in, I’ve experienced nothing short of excellent customer service! I was able to get a new patient appointment for my cat as well as a follow-up appointment with ease. The cost of services were explained to me and I was provided a breakdown of the specifics. There were NO surprise charges. They always asked for consent prior to proceeding with a service. Furthermore, my cat and I both felt welcomed and enjoyed the visit. Dr. Cagle throughly listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. In addition, he determined what my cat was experiencing and came up with a treatment plan. Most importantly, they showed my cat love, patience, and provided top tier care. For all the cat owners out here, I’m sure the vet isn’t a favorite place for our babies. Rest assure, the Urban Vet team is able to create a calming atmosphere and provide yummy treats, so that they have a pleasant experience. So much so, my cat didn’t even realized he was getting a vaccine. I highly recommend this place. Again, they are PHENOMENAL!"
