"After being one of the referrals I was given for my dog, Chicken, I chose this place due to the many outstanding reviews. Chicken is a bit fear aggressive. The staff greatly accommodated her, keeping her stress level as low as possible. This started with the receptionist, to the tech, Tabatha, to Dr. Millichamp. I was thoroughly impressed with how they took their time with Chicken. Chicken warmed up to Dr. Millichamp and Tabatha and letting them look at her eyes and all without a muzzle. Anyone who knows Chicken knows this is definitely not an easy thing to do! Dr. Millichamp even gave Chicken a toy on two of our visits with him! I've never seen Chicken walk out of a place with a toy, let alone a place she was shaking uncontrollably when we first walked in and sat in our room. I will forever go to this place when I need an ophthalmologist. They are kind hearted folks who treat both furbabies and people with genuine kindness.
