"He originally saw my son three years ago and I was very pleased with his approach, doing bloodwork, nutrition evaluation, etc... and addressing these concerns instead of just prescribing some medication that would end up causing other side effects. After the initial visit, we were switched to another provider in his office and everything has been fine the past few years. Last week, my son was going in for a check-up and to potentially wrap up "treatment". The provider he has been seeing was unavailable, so he was scheduled with Dr. P. It was obvious he hadn't read his file and proceeded to berate my son for what he thought he should be doing at this time in his life. My son left feeling like a failure. This man will no longer be seeing my son as he has no right to speak anything into him from an uneducated point of view. This, after his appointment was two hours late and caused my wife and I to miss another appointment. While I have always appreciated the time he took with his patients, he is disrespectful of their time. If he thinks he will run long then he should schedule less patients throughout the day. Either way, we are done with Dr. P."

"Should have read all of the reviews first. This was our first visit for my son to change his ADHD meds. We waited two and a half hours in the waiting room. After two hours they said it shouldn’t be much longer and went into the next waiting room and asked that patient if they wanted to leave and do a video conference and they had only been waiting five minutes. After another 30 minutes they came in and asked if we wanted to reschedule. Hell no I’m not wasting another day waiting this long to see a Dr."

"Poor bedside manner. Took son to get evaluated due to some concerning behaviors at school. To get the results from the first appointment/eval, we were forced to pay for a second appointment. They do not submit to insurance, so when I asked for the statement to submit myself, they charged me $25 for one piece of paper. They CAN charge to recoup "reasonable" expenses, not to exceed $25, but it sure felt like it was "unreasonable" for 1 piece of printed paper. Strongly recommend looking elsewhere for services."

"I was a patient of SHAE whom was amazing!!! However, the billing / office portion of this practice is a complete joke! I was slapped with a $1500 bill after a year or longer! All because the office billed my insurance incorrectly. Then I was no longer allowed to file my claims because of the time frame. I ran into so many billing issues with this place. I finally decided to NEVER go back. I called today to get my medical records & they REFUSED to give me them unless I pay my balance which im.not doing because I only have a balance they billed my insurance incorrectly and took over a YEAR to notify me!?!?!"

"He will have you waiting for hours before he sees you. I have waited for 3 hours and when it’s time to see you he takes his time to tell you the same thing over and over “take vitamins and exercise” while he is taking all his vitamins and drinking his protein shake. While he is talking to you he gets up out of no where and starts talking to his staff then comes back and gets on his phone once he is done being in his phone he starts all over again saying “take vitamins”. And there is goes 4hours."
