"I went in and waited patiently for an hour only for him to say I was being uncooperative because I “didn’t answer the questions on the paperwork correctly” I filled out 30 pages and I’m not sure how that was uncooperative"

"I was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult by them. Was given Wellbutrin which did not help. They prescribed me another medication and scheduled a 2 weeks check up after I had taken the medication. No pharmacy in midland had it. When I reached out via email to see what else I could do to help my ADHD no response. I reached out a second time and still no response. I thought the y were here to help."

"Don't waste your time or money!!!!I was a patient there for a few years. I physically seen Dr.P once while being a patient. I was seen monthly by Shae who is no longer with that office but, she was absolutely wonderful!! When I was switch to a new PA because of her departure, I felt like every visit was a lecture about abusing medication when I never had done so and even tried other options before opting to medication to begin with. I decided to stop going there when one day I all of a sudden owed them over 1k because of a billing error on their behalf. This was the second time I had ran into major billing issues with this office. Never received any sort of communication prior to my appointment reminder and that's when they slapped me with this bill. I had both my insurance companies reach out to them and both said the same thing. They were at fault and since it was over a year ago that they were trying to bill me for insurance couldn't process the claims. They never returned phone calls to my insurance company or myself. I believe i have over paid and they most likely owe me money. So glad I stopped going there. STAY AWAY !!!!!!!"

"I was scheduled an appointment at 11am. I arrived 15-til but was told I would not be able to move forward with my appointment. The two front desk attendants were speaking about me amongst themselves, but weren’t actually having any sort of conversation with me aside from telling me I wouldn’t be able to see the dr because I wasn’t 45 minutes early. By 11:25 I was still standing there waiting for these women to come to some sort of conclusion/give me the required paperwork that had not been emailed to me, etc and the clinician was still with another client. Even if I had arrived 45 minutes early, I still would not have been seen on time. Since then, I have called at least 4 times asking to speak to the office manager and/or make another appointment. Each time I have been asked to leave a message and have never received a call back. As someone who works in mental health, I would NEVER treat my clients this way. Nor would I speak to them the way I have been spoken to. I can’t speak on the professionalism of the clinicians, but the office staff is horrendous. I’m absolutely no way should they be working with people, much less individuals who struggle with mental health."

"Absolutely horrible. Be ready to be over charged. Nothing but a business trying to drain your bank account. They perform a lot of unnecessary lab work that I was promised I wouldn’t get a bill for. And oh what do ya know? Sure enough I got bills mailed to my house from the lab company and now I owe 9,000 dollars just for all the unnecessary drug testing they do. 9,000$$$ !!! Not to mention it’s 300$ PER VISIT. And I found out from my insurance that they were not filing it with the insurance they just pocket your payments so you’ll never meet your deductible!! Plus the average wait time is about 3-4 hours !!! Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! Sorry excuse for a human being !!"
