"This place have nice units!! The hot water does not work too often it’s sad when nothing is being done. The city of Aurora inspect the building and nobody is resolving the real issue which is there’s no hot water. I’ve been without hot water the whole weekend sad!! I wouldn’t recommend living here"

Building well secure gated community and video surveillance. People trying to live and let live at a low cost rent$.But if not keep it moving.Because the struggle is real"

"Management is nice but tenants don't have any sense of security. Sometimes the heat works and times it doesn't. Lived there for 2 years. It was decent for the price. Find somewhere else if you can before trying this place."
