"worst place ever they want to charge you an arm and a leg. Convince you to get the wellness plan the plan because it covers everything but then you take your dog back and they want to charge another arm and a leg. I would find a better vet."

"Had a very misleading experience in July. The vet assistant misinformed me about the wellness plan, had me pay for a very expensive visit, then signed me up for a very expensive plan that I've just been informed I will be required to pay on for 8 more months. Hundreds of dollars down for no product and no visible service, just so I can get some shots caught on my cat so I can move. Not only do I have to pay for months of rent in advance for my new place, but ANOTHER rent in advance seeing how Banfield just scammed me out of over 600 dollars by performing a bunch of services I did not request, nor was I informed of, then telling me I have to pay for something I never wanted, or needed. Horrible place, they couldn't even handle my cat properly. Then they steal from me."
