"My German shepherd has quite a bit of vet anxiety so we've always had issues at other Banfield locations where we were required to just drop her off and hope for the best. This location put us in a room to wait, attended to us shortly after, and made every effort to make the visit as comfortable as possible for her. I love that they allowed me to assist in putting the muzzle on and holding her while they took blood as well as put in her IV. This gave me peace of mind knowing that my dog as well as the staff are safe as they treated her. Kenia was so informative and helpful as she explained what the visit would entail. Bringing my anxious pup to the vet is stressful, but I really appreciate the staff at the Meyer Park clinic for accommodating as best as possible and easing my mind a bit. This was our first full visit at this location, we will definitely be making this our go-to clinic!"

"The nurses and front desk workers here are amazing. They are so great with my dog. They always follow up on how my dog is going, they have clear and consistent communication in preparation for the appointments and the curbside pick up is convenient. It’s easy to spot and there is plenty of parking. The premises are clean and most important they do all they can to make my dog feel comfortable as he gets quite worried about visiting the vet."
