"My husband rented through this property manager when he was on a long term work assignment in the area. Upon move in we had to clean the apartment because there were crumbs in the kitchen cabinents, the bathtub was disgusting, and the bathroom toilet and vanity hadn't been cleaned. Upon move out the apartment had been left cleaner than upon move in but they said there had been a half hour of cleaning necessary. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. Or if you do be sure to walk through the apartment with a representative and get in writing on their documents the lack of cleanliness. Complete scammers."
