"Doesnt reply to emails, and hasnt returned security deposit nor a reason as to why they havnt. Lets also add- The first weeks we moved in the sink leaked all over the floor and they sent someone to fix the “faucet” when it had NOTHING to do with the faucet. Then the last week and a half we were there the water heater blew - didnt work & was leaking. Not the place to rent from. Overpriced and not reliable landlords."

"324 Maple Dr, #16 Morris, IL 60450 Aug 2019 - Aug 2022 This is a real Review. I found Advantage Property Management when I was looking for an apartment in Morris. APM does a lot of rentals in the area. I looked at the reviews prior to signing and was concerned. There are a lot of bad reviews in regards to this establishment but from old management. Old management was bad and you would wait a week without air conditioning in 100 degree weather. I was there! It was bad. New management has their stuff together for the most part. Stuff gets fixed on time and in time. Upgrades have happened in the common areas. Tracy the office manager will personally visit your apartment to help assess the situation if one was to arise. My apartment wasn't great when I got it but over time and with New Management it improved dramatically. New A/C unit when it died (Same Day). New Kitchen floors. New Toilet and wax ring. I have had a great experience with APM and would definitely rent from them again if times changed for me. The move out process was a breeze too. My apartment was super clean so I imagined that helped. I received a move out packet and instruction on how to move out and what not to do. Saved a lot time for me. "They will do nothing for you. Unprofessional and rude people everywhere in this business, Kristen especially! They are just here for your money and nothing else. No help either through covid and job lost. UPDATE: my window has been broken since I moved in still isn’t fixed. Try emailing for them to bring rent down due to my dog no longer being with me on top of them just increasing it by 150 dollar for nothing. If you can go somewhere else I would highly recommend it full heartily as this was my first apartment ever and my experience is terrible."

"We have been here now for 5 years and just love the place. The Management here are very nice, they get things done that you need done. Last year our heater went out and they had it fixed in a matter of hours and it was on a weekend. God love this place. I know we do. Its a nice and quiet place to live, We are in Coal City. They have made the outside of the place look so much better because they keep up with the outside maintenance, Nice little bushes and new Rock put in makes the place look so so nice. I would definitely tell people to come live here, its a nice place and we like it here."
