"I was shown an occupied apt. , which was just like the one I would rent. At the last minute, after filling out tons of forms: my apt. was crammed in a corner. I backed out. This company ,yoda-cooper is in Ohio.If tenants have emergencies, they have ti call the home office in Ohio. Most of their properties are run down."
