"This is the 3rd time I am going to apply. The treatment is very bad from the office staff. It is as if they are something Racist towards Latinos. According to them, I never qualify with the income. I meet the requirements. And to top it all off, this is the 3rd time. and They never call me and according to you, it appears on the internet that they have 2-bedroom apartments available."
"I was about to apply again and was about to apply last year. However, it seems to have gotten worst since last year when I originally was going to apply. The price is not worth it if I have to deal with unprofessionalism. They wanted me to submit all my paperwork and check stubs prior to looking. In most cases they ask to hold your driver's license for a tour. A better opportunity came along and I went with that. But, I had to argue with Fox Pointe about submitting paperwork if 1. You won't allow me to view a model apartment 2. you're asking for my personal information that is not required to tour an apartment. Good luck to everyone."
"Their website had incorrect pricing and utility information. I left several voice mails (during a week-10day period) which have still not been returned. Non-refundable $1,800. (with 2 cat fees included) is required upfront for what is called affordable housing with significant income restrictions."
