Leland Tower Apartments

"I moved out in the middle of last year but I wanted to come back and share my 2 cents. Everyone that works in this building is exceptional. From Fernando to the entire maintenance team, everyone is incredibly kind and helpful. I had an experience in this building that I will genuinely remember forever. The building and location are super unique, the people are easy going, and there are always events taking place on the island. Again, I cannot express how unbelievable the staff are here. Fernando truly is a stand up guy and he genuinely cares about everyone in the building. The entire maintenance team is super friendly, kind, and attentive. Thank you all for making my experience so comfortable!"

"Good place to live if you’re not trying to spend a ton of money on a rental. I lived in the graham building. Keep in mind you will have some minor inconveniences like parking, few amenities, and the quirks of living in an older building. But most of the units are recently renovated and most of the other tenants are friendly people. Not to mention it’s a very unique location. The maintenance team is fantastic. Any maintenance issue with my place was always addressed and taken care of in a timely manor. The property manager Fernando was also a very easy guy to work with. He’s an honest man who will look out for you."

"I have been here at Leland tower for about 10 months now. The apartment is great. Management communicates very well and is on the spot with maintenance issues, if any. The management just updated and renovated the hallway so it has a more upscale and historic look. The apartment itself was in great condition, with a great view and is easy maintenance with the ceramic tile shower and ceramic floors. The location is really nice. Paramount theater, Rivers Edge and local venues are nearby and great restaurants as well. Highly recommended!"

"So thankful, This property is historically significant, beautiful, and characteristic. However, this review earned 5 stars because of Mr. Fernando. Never in my life have I seen a property manager go above and beyond like him. He went out of his way to help me every step of the way. From the best parking arrangements, insights on the best grub, and he even informed me of the events that happen frequently on the block. For example, when my car was towed because of a misunderstanding. He helped me find out who the tow truck company was AND EVEN NEGOTIATED A LOWER RECOVERY. He is a respected community leader through and through. I thank my lucky stars that I came across Leland Towers. THANK YOU FERNANDO!"
