"DO NOT MOVE HERE… you will pay full priced rent for housing authority standards. The management is RUDE. They don’t repair things unless it is an emergency that affects other units. The trash compactor is always overflowing. I was racially profiled on more than one occasion and management will harass you. They lied and said I had a smoke complaint during a fire alarm, then when I stated my intention to obtain the report- the story changed to a fireman said this to another tenant, but I was the first to evacuate and not one person outside spoke English. If you don’t have any option- I understand but don’t move here unless you must. It’s been a horrific experience. Every day there’s something being taped to the door instead of them addressing problem tenants directly. I only put 1 star because 0 isn’t an option. Avoid this place at all costs."

"Not a good place to move!!! Loud and rude neighbors, only one way in and out. Stupid speed bumps in the road, but are removed during the winter.... just dumb! Office worker chase you down in your car, to tell you:' you driving to fast in the lot and may run over children'. The Won't give you all your deposit back, and they won't send you an itemized list of why they kept the money. I was there under Arbor West for 2.5 years and 2 years before they took over, all I can say is, this will be the worst complex you will ever live in. Please ask a lot of questions, listen to the answers and then see how things just change! Good Luck!"

"Management is very unprofessional. Elizabeth is extremely rude and unprofessional. Ivan is also very unprofessional and does not stick to his word and what he says he’s gonna do. Very poor communication and lack of meeting residents needs. I had several maintenance requests which they neglected for two years. They did not complete work until it was time for me to move out. This has been a complaint of many tenants. They love to refuse to renew leases. In the process of renovating they kicked some people out at the end of their leases so they could update the unit, without the option of moving to a renovated unit to compensate residents. No matter if you pay your rent early or on time they do not do their due diligence. All in all, I would advise there are much better apartments you can go to and get more bang for your buck with less stress. Look elsewhere!"

"The property manager is refusing to take meetings with me or my family after they chose not to renew our lease without giving us a specified reason. We never pay rent late and I have stellar credit, we've been living here for 10 years and have been good tenants. Despite doing everything right, they obviously dont care about people's livelihoods. I am pretty sure the reason behind not renewing people's leases has to do with their failed attempts at gentrification. The application process was already rigorous enough, compounded with their lack of empathy and reciprocity with tenants makes this a place NOT worth anyone's time."

"STAY AWAY! I have lived here for 3 years and during this time they lied and never took care of the buildings. When I first moved in there were mice and I had to remove them myself. We moved into an older unit so they told us that eventually they would have us move to a newer unit. 1 week ago they left a notice on my door saying they needed us out in 3 months and were not renewing the lease. The exact opposite of what they said they were going to do. Mind you that during the pandemic we paid every month. We were never late on our rent and we were good tenants. My wife and I don't smoke or drink alcohol and we don't have people over. To be honest I think it's because we have a child with Down syndrome and they don't want other tenants seeing a disabled child walking around."
