"First the Bad: It took over a month for the delivery company Interior Investments used to get my chair to my house. That is just too long. It takes about 6 weeks for the chair to be built. Interior Investments staff (Clark was my sales person) were patient, courteous, and replied to emails in an appropriate amount of time. I say appropriate because it could have been faster. 24hours is standard for companies and replies were done in 24hours but often I had a follow-up question to the previous email. If reply’s were faster my chair would have been purchased about 3 days earlier. The chair arrived without its box, I assume the shipping company removed it. Everything about the chair is as expected. I purchased the Embody. Everything works and so far its comfortable. This review is day of chair getting to my house. Now interior investments does not take returns. All orders are “custom”, so if you don’t like your chair you’re on your own selling it to get back your $$. Because of this I recommend stopping by their show room to test drive all chairs you are interested in. The staff was helpful and could answer my questions. They don’t try to rush you, because they know the chairs are expensive. Now with that pricing the price for my chair was significantly better than the price a similar chair would have cost off herman millers website. The chair comes with a 12 year warranty through herman miller. So overall I give Interior Investments 4 stars, they really are more like 3.5 stars. Once the order is placed and with the shipper it’s not their problem anymore (attitude). They did provide all the info I needed to contact the shipper but it was on me, not them. In my opinion till I have the chair it’s still their problem, they have not held up their end of the order contract. But I now have my chair."

"I've been here a couple times over the years, shopping for my own personal use ... not to fill an office. I wanted try out the classic Herman Miller / Eames Lounge Chair ... later wanted to try the Aeron office chair. The sales associates were always patient and friendly ... and spent all the time w me I needed ... even though I'm sure they mostly work with people who are buying larger quantities. Years later I was gifted a used Aeron office chair but the arm rest was broke, needed new hardware. I called here and Lisa helped me identify & order the part I needed, cheaper than expected. She spent plenty of time w me via email. I felt like I was being treated w the same attention as a large customer, even though I was only buying a $16 dollar part. Thank you Lisa! 5 Stars!"
