"Took my Frenchie to them for a cesarean and they left a puppy inside of her. Three days later I found a dead puppy and blood in my frenchies crate. This could have killed my dog and her entire litter. Called Dr Wyatt and no answer. I then texted her explaining what happened and stated I’m not mad, I understand accidents/mistakes happen. I then received a text, saying oh we’re not sure how that happened we checked. No ownership of the mistake was taken. Dr. Wyatt then called me and I expressed my concern that my dog could possibly be septic and if it is safe for her puppies to still eat off of her. She reassured me that it is fine for them to eat off of her. At no point was I offered a refund or did she own up to her mistake."

"My dogs have been nervous by most vets. But here, my dogs walk right in, tails wagging, and saying hi to everyone. Through vaccines and surgery. My dogs love it here, and the staff are so kind and sweet. They tell you about every cost before you make a decision. Some vets just charge the card and tell you what they did...the Wyatt Vets don't. Best vet we have visited in a while if not EVER!! Love this place!!"
