"I really needed a good office chair because I am disabled and am at my desk for a solid eight hours a day. The person that answers the phone was very friendly, took my info and said a rep would call me back. Well, no call back from anyone. I called back and was assured a rep would call me back. NOPE, nothing. I am sorry you couldn't be bothered with such a small commission as selling one chair. I guess i will just keep sitting around in agony. RESPONSE: It is too bad someone took my number down wrong, I think you have my email also. So I could have been reached."
"Good place to deliver although I only had about a quarter trailer (None-palletized) and only took about 25 minutes to offload, Unloader was very friendly, NO ACCESS TO FACILITIES if needed and a little tight backing in but doable, I'll be back at my next opportunity, See ya!"
"I called several weeks ago about a broken cabinet in my office. They said they would send someone out to evaluate it and schedule a repair. No one returned my call. I have called back several times for the status and no one even answers the phone. I really need the cabinet repaired so will have to look elsewhere. What type of company doesn't even answer their business phone or return calls?! UPDATE: they came out and fixed my cabinet for free (see their reply below) and I am very grateful to them! I unfortunately cannot delete this post so am making this edit to update from 1 to 5 stars :)"
"To fellow drivers this place will run your hours out 7 hrs to unload a full trailer. They also don’t care about the other carriers with multiple stops and their appointment times. So do yourself a favor leave their freight at the shipper’s dock. It will severely help your stress level out!"
"I came in as a walk-in around 12:20pm on a Friday. Great place, very clean and well presented. The front desk lady looked for a sales person but they were either out or out for lunch. Any business should know to stagger their lunch schedule for maximum exposure and sales revenue. Website mentions nothing about making an appointment but that is what I will need to do. A lovely young lady named Monica who is in the design department assisted me to the best of her ability. Look forward to coming back and talk to a sales rep."
