"Scheduling process disorganized and staff is no help. Don't use Zoc Doc to schedule, learned my lesson. Seemed to be a known issue but they did not call me beforehand to say my appointment was not actually scheduled."

"I didn't know what to expect but Brittany and Chize made me feel so comfortable. Chize explained how the treatment is carried out. It's 36 sessions, so you have to commit, but after the first 2 weeks I was already noticing a big difference in my depression symptoms. I've finished my therapy and I can't even begin to say how grateful I am. I got my life back. I would absolutely recommend this therapy to anyone with persistent depression."

"The experience of doing TMS has been really helpful for me! The TMS therapist is really easy to talk to and helpful with answering questions. I would definitely recommend mindful TMS because it has really helped me in the long run."

"I had a similar experience as the previous reviewer. I was new to TMS and it made my symptoms with anxiety and depression worse at first. I had some issues at first and I would have liked more support from the psychiatrist. I have asked to speak with him towards the end of my therapy and I still have yet to hear from him. It really made the process more intimidating not to have a doctor there for you physically once in a while or just return your request to speak with him. I will say my tech Kaycee was amazing. She made sure I was comfortable and provided me with excellent care. She was always flexible with my schedule too. If it weren’t for her amazing care, I wouldn’t have finished treatment. I wish Dr. Rao was more involved, it would have put me more at ease. I would recommend TMS treatment with Kaycee. However, the lack of involvement with the doctor is disappointing."

"I began TMS therapy here in mid February and I just completed my 26th treatment. The facility is nice and new. The TMS Therapist, Kaycee, is wonderful. She is very thorough and takes her time to get everything correct. I totally trust her with getting things just right for the best possible therapy experience. The reason I gave a 3 star review is the lack of support/involvement from the overseeing psychiatrist, Dr. Rao. Going through this therapy was new for me. There have been times during the therapy when my anxiety and depression got worse and there was no support from the psychiatrist. There were days when I couldn't stop crying and there was no one I could talk to about it. The second week of my treatment Kaycee reached out to the doctor to call me because I was really struggling. He called me a week later and left a message to call him. I did but couldn't get through on the number he gave me. Later in the treatment I got really bad and Kaycee again reached out to him. He did call me later that day and left a message to call him back. I did the next day and was able to leave a message on his answering machine explaining what was going on. He called me back but had no idea who I was and didn't even know I was in treatment at his facility. So that was very disappointing to say the least. Until they have a knowledgeable, thoughtful and accessible psychiatrist on staff that can provide the proper care through the therapy I would not recommend Mindful TMS Neurocare for TMS Therapy."
