"Absolute awful service. For three days now I’ve been calling to reschedule an appointment and the person who answers keeps telling me to call back to the same number which makes no sense because IT WOULD BE THE SAME PROCESS OVER AND OVER. WHY DOESNT THE SCHEDULING DEPARTMENT HAVE ITS OWN PHONE EXTENSION TO CALL DIRECTLY??? Honestly going in person to schedule an appointment isn’t that better either. The two main receptionist completely ignore you standing there and even when you fill in the sign in book, IT STILL TAKES THEM FOREVER TO CALL YOU OVER. Not to mention that the receptionist with the glasses (who always sits in booth #2) is so rude and disrespectful when you bring up the fact that you’ve been waiting to be called over. Even when it’s slow, they dont bother to check or acknowledge you and the excuse that ”they’re busy” is false because just sitting in the waiting area you can hear them talking about their personal lives or them just being on their phones. I don’t understand why low income medical help always have the same issues regarding their staff. The phrase “you get what you pay for” SHOULD NOT APPLY HERE BECAUSE I CANT AFFORD MEDICAL ASSISTANCE!"

"Not the best clinic to go in all honesty, they accept walk ins but if you could avoid this clinic I would. I came in with an infection to the throat, they prescribed me antibiotics and a simple syrup. I’ve continued to be the same since then, I’ve called and asked for a different prescription and they want me to go in again. Not worth it if I will be billed the same just for another medicine that won’t work."

"The urgent care is ridiculous. They only treat for one issue. I have a sore throat, probably strep. And also an earache, probably ear infection. The receptionist tells me to choose one because they can only treat one. Waiting time takes hours."

"I went to the walkin clinic because i was having difficulty breathing and having a terrible cough. After making me wait for about an hour, they took me in only tell that it was a slightly cough. A couple days later I went to the ER because I couldn't breath and they told me I had pneumonia and influenza. Bad clinic would not recommend."
