"The process was seamless from check-in to diagnosis and recovery plan. The staff couldn’t be nicer and their efficiency and skill were reassuring. The only aspect that caused me some frustration was the online check-in system; the information I entered in the fields didn’t take and kept kicking me back to the first page, where I had to start over. I ended up checking in at the clinic, but that’s minor. The important thing is that the staff is very competent."

"Needed to make sure my son did not have a bacterial infection so made an appointment online, which was super easy. I also preregistered online and showed up for my appointment same day, after work. Convenient location, ample parking, attentive staff, clean facilities and darling was fine! Could not have asked for a better experience."
"Went twice -- first time with no appointment for stitches and second time with an appointment to get them out. Both times, got very friendly and professional service. Staff seems to work well as a team and the clinic itself is also clean and welcoming. Prices were easy to understand and less than an ER. Parking is plentiful too. Was hoping second time with appointment would be on time, but another patient told me someone had just come in with a severe injury and got priority. So both times, had a very long wait. Given they have no control over who comes in, doesn't seem right to ding them for it. This clinic is relatively new and I highly recommend it. Their website is helpful for understanding what they offer prior to contacting them."
