"Oak Street health is very unorganized. I'm currently looking for another primary and it's inconvenient because I actually love my primary and it's not her fault. Oak Street health is horrible about returning phone calls. I've left messages for the supervisor to call me and hasn't. I needed a referral faxed that I called mul times asking them to fax and ended up having to take a day off work so I could physically come in get the referral and fax myself. They ended up faxing it, it was sapposed to be a referral for a neurologist but when the office called me once having received the fax they said they was confused because that office was a cardiologist office. Three days of phone calls and a day missed from work for nothing and back to square one. Meanwhile suffering with symptoms of something going on and trying to still keep up with my activities of daily living. The unspoken message they constantly send me is that my time and health is not valuable or important. Thoroughly frustrated. I asked for a gift card to compensate me for having to miss a day of work and dot the time consumed making endless repeat phone calls to them, all valuable time wasted. I haven't received anything yet and am currently sitting in their waiting room still attempting to deal with this situation. Dana McMahon NEVER ending issues with Oak Street health. I never received a gift cards for my time. And recently I have had continuous inner ear infections. I asked to be reffered to an ENT downtown where I work but once again nobody listened. I was reffered to an ENT in Berwyn and the soonest they had an appointment was a little over a month away. Since then I've been to 2 Urgent cares. I called my primary but was told they could not continue treatment and had to wait for my appointment with the ENT. I just left Urgent care again. I have a lot of fluid in both inner ears. Dr gave me 5 different meds including steroids. Why couldn't my primary have done this. Time and time again my time is wasted and my health not a priority, nor do they listen. I guess they think it's OK for people to just suffer while you have to wait for their refferal that is wrong half of the time and then wait a month or more until you get that appointment. As I write this I am so angry because I don't even know how long I've been complaining about how I was feeling. And then they outright refused treatment and told me I would have to wait. Now I have more fluid in my ears. Feeling like I'm drowning. Do not go to Oak St Health!!!!! Calling insurance to switch primary care tomorrow. Horrible experience"

"I had a ride to take me to my appointment. I was called by my appointed nurse after a short wait. I had an injection and I asked about previous test results. The nurse said she would check with PCP to get accurate results. She called me that afternoon with the results. All went very well as I arrived home promptly. A Good Day!"
