"Amazed that they remembered my pets names, and were able to help ensure my cats got what they needed within my budget. Very happy and will be going back!!"

"My dog is in the hospital right now because the vet didn't realize he couldn't breathe, despite it being clear and us telling her. His tongue was purple, and he's on oxygen right now. The vet sent him home twice today, saying he was fine. Don't go here if you want your pet to receive any kind of medical care, because you won't get it here. Update: My dog passed away. I do not recommend Banfield for any form of pet care."

"The only thing I hate is if you know you are incapable of doing a procedure or service why charge to take vitals and X-rays just to do nothing and now I have to spend the same amount & then some, elsewhere. Just to get a procedure done.scamming"

"We’ve been coming to Bandfield pet hospital for about 5 years now. I’ve NEVER had a bad experience until today. I dropped off my pets (cat & dog) to get their teeth cleaned. I got here at 7:30am and wasn’t done checking in until 8:30am. I wasn’t even upset that it took that long even though I was late for work. You fill out paperwork and some of the questions are do you want sealants, do you want x-rays, do you want anti-nausea medication etc.. on the bottom of the forms it says if they find anything or recommend anything they will give you a call and you have a 10 minute grace period. If you don’t answer within those 10 minutes they will take your fur baby of anesthesia. I said no to x-rays because if they are not needed I don’t want to pay $300. Well while she was put under they found a crack and I believe a broken tooth. NOBODY bothered to call me about what they found. I waited for a call the whole day at work and nothing. I had to call at 3pm to check on my babies because I hadn’t heard anything. If the Vet would’ve called and explained what he found and would’ve said I recommend for you to get x rays of your dog then YES I would’ve gotten it but since nobody bothered to call and update me on the findings then no x rays were taken. Now in order to get her x rays we have to put her under a AGAIN which is super silly because my dog is a pug and is at VERY HIGH risk every time we put her under. Why on earth would I want to put my fur baby at risk for an x rays that could’ve been taken while she was already under! I am very frustrated and irritated at this whole situation SPECIALLY because they know Pugs are a high risk!! My dog has gotten dental cleanings before and I know how it works! I’ve gotten calls in the past to get updated on the finding and even if there is no findings they still call and let me know that everything went well."
