"Never ever go to this apartment if you want to save lots of money when you move out! They asked us to pay for $75 for a wooden pedestal that was not ours but used by maintenance when they fixed the watered carpet and left in our apartment. Then they said okay we will remove that $75. Still, $75? For a piece of wood that you left in an apartment? That’s ridiculous!The first floor floods to the point that we are putting towels on the door but still water enters the apartment. Which damages the flooring. You will always smell marijuana in your exhaust, they are only sending emails about it but no follow up. My son who was 1 year old then became so sickly when we live there. I never recommend this place."
"I lived almost two years in the RBM's 1300 Florida St. property. It was very quiet and all neighbors respected each other. There was no problem till this one individual showed up. Recently, from the last 6-7 months RBM has rented apartments without doing their due diligence. One of the tenants blasts music 24x7 with his subwoofers from the basement apartment. He drinks and plays music in the parking lot, and stares at people. I'm a single girl, working in healthcare, I couldn't sleep at all. I did not feel safe. so I recently moved out, and so are many people. Roads are terrible to get there, and cleanliness of the apartment building is a joke! Many tenants tried to complain but no action was taken from RBM If you have a family, I DO NOT Recommend this place. I will give RBM's management zero stars."
"I rented my first apartment through RBM Edwardsville as my boyfriend finished school. I cannot say enough good things about them. They keep their properties well kept, offer great prices, and genuinely care about the community. Maintenance requests are always handled super quickly. There’s lots of community building events throughout the year as well. If you have questions they get back to you swiftly. If you’re a prospective tenant, I think this is the best you’ll find in Edwardsville!"
