"I stayed one night in the Modern Chic Suite and it was great! It was *very* clean, with tons of pillows, towels, blankets, etc. My one complaint is the lack of blackout curtains. I'm used to sleeping in complete darkness and the suite was too bright for me. I appreciated the little snack table in the hallway with complimentary coffee/tea/water/snacks etc. Although we didn't make use of the table, I thought it was generous and thoughtful. The staff were great to work when when we called with questions. I would definitely stay here again and I think it's a wonderful addition to Edwardsville!"

"I stayed here the night before my wedding, got ready here the morning of my wedding, and my partner and I slept here the night of our wedding. The room we had was so beautiful and functional; I've shared a few photos. The check-in process is pretty easy as you just have a code to get into the building and your room. The hotel itself functions more like a hostile or airbnb in that there is no front desk or staff present in the facility when you arrive. Additionally, there are water and snacks provided in a cart in the hallway throughout the day. I believe there is a way to contact a live person if you are in need of additional toiletries, snacks, etc. I did not have my wedding at the Ink House next door which is owned by the same people, but they were still able to accommodate us; not sure if in the future this hotel will be dedicated only to Ink House brides. The room I stayed in had ample space, beautiful decor, a large bed, bathroom, hooks for your gown, a couch and table area, and a full "getting ready" bar with backlit mirrors and everything. Me and my 6 bridal buddies, my mom, 2 photographers, and hair and makeup were able to fit in this space (a smidge crowded with everyone but totally functional). The other great part of this hotel is location. We walked to Birdie Cafe to pick up a catered lunch and I walked down the street to the Edwardsville Farmer's Market for a coffee while everyone was getting ready. You can walk to lots of food and drink places. I highly recommend this place (and especially this room as each room looks different) for all brides."

"We had a larger suite and it was great. My ONLY suggestion/complaint for improvement would be that they need blackout blinds. The blinds that are there do not block the light. There is a very bright street light that shines into the room and it’s impossible to block it out. Must add! They brought muffins the next day, which was nice, and didn’t really have a need for service which is why I give it 3 stars. VERY CONVENIENT LOCATION"

"If you plan to get married at the Ink House, staying at the Urban Collective is a MUST DO. The service, the promptness, the convenience and so much more. I cannot wait to come back and stay again. Our entire wedding party stayed, along with family members and it was the most ideal set up. 10/10!!!"
