"This is really a great place for the price. All amenities included except for electricity? What college student could ask for more? I don't know about you, but the internet is an important thing. Charter provides decent speeds here. With an ethernet cable, I was able to achieve almost 2 MBps. These apartments boast a spacious two and three bedroom apartments and a full kitchen. Think of Cougar Village, on SIUE campus, except easier on the pocketbook. There are 6 month and 12 month leasing options. Keep the place clean, pay the rent on time, and don't be too loud, a recipe for a great place to live."
"I have rented from HP for a little over a year and have nothing but praises to sing! I moved to town last year and knew nothing about the market - I toured a couple different properties around town and then came across HP and was sold! Their units and amenities can't be beat. Nick and Peggy are such a pleasure to work with and respond quick with any questions and always make sure their tenants have what they need and are cared for! Also, for the few times I've needed maintenance they are always timely in servicing the unit and knowledgeable about their task. Overall, great place, great price, great people and a great home away from home! I couldn't imagine living anywhere else or under any other management."
