"I have resided in this apartment for approximately one year, finding it to be a suitable living environment with competitive monthly rent compared to similar accommodations in the area. I don't have high expectation in terms of service as it is not a five star hotel/residence. I have had the pleasure of interacting with two staff members, Jaylynn and Troy, who consistently demonstrate exceptional helpfulness and responsiveness. They prioritize major maintenance concerns and try for same-day resolution. However, less critical issues may require a few days' lead time due to 'almost consistent' staffing limitations within the maintenance department. I would recommend exploring the possibility of expanding the maintenance team to address these delays more efficiently. There is a small gym with basic equipments. There is also a swimming pool which is pretty useless! Overall, I enjoy living here with no significant problems."

"The staff is the worst, they are not student-friendly at all. Also the apartments always smell trash and they never clean the stairs.. Don’t waste your money there.."

"Do not recommend if you are an international student! They will use everything (your lack of knowledge about process in USA etc.) on their advantage plus even the maintenance person can come and ask you about your Visa. we ended up paying $2,125 per month for an apartment instead of $1500 or $1600"

"The rooms aren't bad, you've got a decent amount of room in the plus a private bath which is nice, but the cons of everything else outweigh the pros. The living room is a start, there are no windows first of all. I understand that its just the way it was built and cant be changed, but it feels like a dungeon in there. There is always mold coming from the vents in all of the apartments I've been to while living here (roughly 4 or 5). If you want to use your own furniture instead of the terrible furniture they provide, (which is at least 8 years old) they charge you extra on your rent, something like 20 dollars per piece of furniture. If you dont care for the smell of weed or cigarettes this is not the place for you, as there is clearly a non smoking policy, but people ignore it and the staff doesnt do anything about it. At some point your common area will smell like it. The internet is another issue. They call it student living, but in a time where connectivity can mean the difference between an A and an F, especially during exam time, their internet stability is shotty at best, I've had it disconnect on me several times during assignments, and the same is for my friends, yet its another thing that management refuses to mend. In fact they further damaged it by disabling all the ethernet ports. (?????) Let's also mention the truly awful staff, the old and the new. There has been a gap in the screen of my window since I've lived here. I put in a maintenance request to have the screen replaced and they canceled it because they "wouldn't have any new screens until the next year." Which was coincidentally when the new management took over. So if I wanted to open my window, bugs were getting in for sure. It also props my window open slightly so during the winter months my room was freezing cold. That's another issue with this place. The walls are paper thin so if you don't want to hear the party down the hall or the people above you having sex all night, you should probably wear headphones to sleep. They helped us mount our TV, but now that we are moving out of this place, they said "ahhh that's the old maintenance team, we're the new team and we don't do that." Like be fr. Just truly a lazy and entitled staff on both ends of my 2 year stay. The one saving grace of this place was that the leases were seperate so each person was responsible for themselves, but now that's gone as well. It's a little more work but if you aren't desperate for a place to live try to rent a house, or rent from a different apartment complex. I hear the social is nice."

"Old management was fine, but the new management that took over a few months ago will not do their job. On the 27th of January, my roommate and I reported to the office that our new roommate has had another person living with her for a month. Since then, only a room inspection has been done (with no formal 24 hour notice). No action has been taken. Update: emailed staff asking if anything was going to be done, they claimed that this was just brought to their attention despite the various emails and office visits. Asked for the managers contact infor 13 days ago had my message ignored until I followed up 5 days ago. Reading other reviews, I can see that it is a theme here that office will not take care of problems. On top of that, the internet is awful and goes out so much. Printing in unreliable and mailroom is very shady: anyone can walk into the office and take a package. My door was left open while my roommates moved in 2 weeks early, their cats tore up my bed, which I wrote on the move in forum but was still told since it was my room I would have to pay for the damages from their cats (while it is obviously not from mine as she is declawed)."
