"This is the best care my dog has ever received. We can tell he is educated and experienced. I trust him and he never recommends anything unnecessary to get your money unlike several other vets I've been to. I took a video to show what my dog was doing to help explain it to him but I didn't have to say a word he already knew what she had by examining her, I was surprised because other vets did extensive tests and costly labs & X-rays before they could tell me what she had. I recommend him to everyone!"

He always suggest numerous options before even considering surgery, something most vets wouldn't dare do. You can tell he is truly passionate for what he does and cares deeply about animals. The one time our dog needed surgery (for a growth, needed it tested for cancer), she was taken so well care of and recovered quickly. Dr. Shaffer and his staff are amazing people that you can trust with your pets well being for years! Couldn't recommend this wonderful vet enough. :)"
