"I don’t have words for dr Gronli that how amazing dr is he. He is never in rush with my son’s concerns he took almost about 45 minutes. He listen to all our concerns and answered. I always see drs barely spend time with the patients and always in rush. But never With dr gronli. He is a true dr that is really concerned about his patients and all the nurses are very helpful as well. Thankyou so much"

"The only reason we are sticking around is honestly Dr Gronli. He has been amazing. But the rest of the office is just something else. Starting with their very interesting phone system. Like when I check online and it says that this location is open but the phone goes to the answering service. Then the hold times. If you call at 9, the soonest they can get you in is noon. Then you have to wait for over an hour for your doctor. And the nurse telling me "the doctor will be here eventually" just says a lot. God forbid we are late or don't cancel on time (because we are not allowed to have emergency situations apparently), then we have to pay up. And how about respecting the parents time?"

"We have two children that go to this office. Every doctor, nurse and office staff interaction we have had is positive. The doctors or nurse practitioner take the time to make sure all your questions are answered and you are comfortable. I’ve seen other people comment on the negative attitudes and quite frankly, I have no idea where that came from. We have never had an unpleasant interaction in well over 10 visits between my two kids. If you’re new to the area or looking for a new pediatrician, I would recommend this location."

"Dr. Gronli is a fantastic doctor. I always appreciate the fact that he genuinely listens to all of your concerns. He’s so patient and caring. Most of the nursing staff are very sweet, and great with children. It’s always a hit or miss with the receptionists, they are either nice and attentive or rude and on their phones while you’re trying to make an appointment, or signing in."
