"PHENOMENAL STAFF AND CARE PROVIDED! Very efficient with the time frame and care provided to patients. Husband came in here last December, and son now for ear infection. Our old immediate care would take FOREVER to just be seen. Highly recommend!"

"I had a combination of symptoms back in November, a LOT of anxiety, i was sick, i couldn’t eat and i was in so much fear. We decided to try this Immediate Care, which is close to home, and we were not disappointed. It seems a bit hidden where it’s located, I know it’s a newer place as well. If you’re feeling hesitant, fear no more and go to this immediate care! I was worried they couldn’t help me because it was mostly anxiety, but they really did listen to me, and set me up in the right direction to finally get the care i needed. Amazing care, very clean facility, and great people!"

"We had an 8 am appointment and the provider didn't arrive until 9 am. It's not like they were running late with other patients, as I know sometimes office visits can get backed up. We were the very first appointment of the day (also when the facility opens), and the provider literally was not in the building until 9 am. When they finally arrived, they said "thank you for your patience" instead of an apology for having us wait a full hour past our appointment time. Super disappointing. Note, the person at the front desk was kind, and did her best to manage what was probably an awkward and stressful situation for her, covering for the provider who was not there on time. EDITED on 5/18/23. The Doctor of this facility contacted me after seeing my initial review. He explained the reason behind the late arrival and offered a sincere apology. This has me revising this review to 5 stars. Taking the time to reach out personally to explain the situation is greatly appreciated."

"This place has been great whenever I've needed to see a doctor on short notice. Usually when I go in there is no wait. The longest I have ever had to wait to go back and get my vitals taken is 20 minutes. The nurses are friendly and the doctors listen well to my concerns. They are good with kids, and the waiting room also has a TV which helps keep kids occupied if there's any wait. The nurses speak Spanish as well. They have done rapid strep tests, flu tests, and covid tests for me. The facility is clean and check-in/check-out is fast and efficient. Couldn't recommend more!"
