"HORRIBLE Experience, stay away! FACILITY: the place is small, and run down. AC is barely working in this hot Texas summer, don’t think it can keep up with the amount of people in there. INSTRUCTORS: they don’t seem very engaging with the kids. I see them sitting around and just telling the kids what to do from far away a lot. CUSTOMER SERVICE: I never had to deal with such a horrible customer service experience. They don’t care about the kids or the family experience, they only want your money. The first week we took my son to their trail class, it turned out to be all girls. The owner suggested he try the boys class the week after so I agree. Paid the invoice sent to me, which included registration fee, and two months of tuition (first and last month). I didn’t think too much into it as I never had issues or worry about dealing with stuffs like this before. Unfortunately, my son did not like the boys class and we asked to drop out of the class right away. I was willing to pay for the registration and the fee for the class… but it’s a hard no refund policy whatsoever. Know what you get yourself into before committing into a contract with this gym. Now we’re stuck for two months."
