The Learning Experience - Downtown Hutto

"We have been at The Learning Experience for about a month now and we absolutely love it! My son is in the infant room and he is so comfortable and well loved by his teachers! I love how welcomed we are by management as soon as we walk in the door as well as the infant teachers, Ms. Janie, Ms. Yesenia and Ms. Lynn. They have all welcomed us with so much kindness and love. They give me lots of updates in the app and in person when I pick up my son! He is always so happy when he sees each of them and it makes my mommy heart feel so at ease to know how happy he is. Thank you so much for giving my baby such a great place to learn and grow."

"We love The Learning Experience. We searched high and low for a daycare we felt comfortable with and were delighted when they announced the Downtown location. My daughter adapted quickly and enjoys going every day. My husband and I get daily updates and pictures of her activities. The teachers are lovely and build one-on-one relationships with the kiddos. We enrolled as soon as they opened, and it has been a great experience thus far."

"The amount of time, effort and energy The Learning Experience Downtown Hutto has put into helping my son. My son is autistic and ADHD so he struggles with quite a few learning obstacles. The teachers in his room have been patient, kind, and helpful when it comes to his learning as well as his ADHD tendencies. The admin at this center have been very supportive and helpful through out the whole process of enrollment as well as any concerns I had moving forward. I appreciate this staff and administration. Please keep up the hard work!"

"Three days in to our experience with “The Learning Experience” our poor little girl, got bit on the shoulder, leaving a scar. Drew blood scabbed over for a month and a half. We were not notified of the incident, and when we brought it up to the school the next day, we got two different stories from the teacher and the admin. They proceed to tell us we will have 3 teachers at all times in the class due to the biters. Multiple occasions we have dropped off and picked up our child and only 2 teachers. About one week ago, we got a call saying our child has been bitten on the face ….. now as a parent, I understand children go through their stages, and they don’t know any better not blaming the child at all. We are blaming the school the teachers and the admin for not stepping up when they said they would step up and make sure that our child safety was put first. I blame the teachers for not doing their job correctly when they knew there were biters in the classroom and the admin for not giving these teachers the right training. The month and a half that we were at “the Learning Experience” our child has received four different incident reports(3 being bits and one being a poke right under the eye) all drawing blood!!! 2 of them leaving scars on our child. Our experience has been horrible. Our experience has been a nightmare. Our experience with “The Learning Experience” has been the worst experience ever for our child. To make matters worse…we told them we are pulling our child from the program, sent an email and it’s now been almost a week and no response. This shows how unprofessional and how uncaring they really are. I’d advice you keep your kids away from this school especially the Hutto location. If I could give 0 stars I would they don’t deserve that one star."

"We've had our son at TLE Downtown Hutto for about two weeks now and we are really impressed with this daycare! The staff is extremely friendly and kind, and our son is having the BEST time here! Our child has a few extra medical needs, and the staff has been extremely welcoming towards our family and ensuring our toddler is staying safe and well cared for. The app they use provides me updates throughout the day and I can see how much fun he is having, as well as when he is eating and napping. He comes home happy each day and is excited to go back in the mornings."
